Travel records:

Newly Married Couple:

In case, the name of the spouse is not endorsed on the passport, the marriage certificate or notarized affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper or No Objection Certificate (NOC) from parents with photo ID proof, wedding card and marriage photograph of the couple needs to be submitted.
